Shipping We ship parts and engines worldwide! Parts orders placed before 12:00pm EST will be shipped same day. If you need your parts ASAP, UPS next day air, second day air, etc are also available (Deadline is 3pm Eastern Time). Engine orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Special engine orders shipping time is based on current stock and build time.
Items under 75 pounds are sent via UPS in continental USA. Items sent overseas are sent via USPS or UPS Worldwide Expedited, or air freight (depending on item weight). UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Engine Shipping
For a shipping quote, please email sales@michiganmotorz.com or call (248)554-4400 with your shipping address and contact information. We use different freight carriers to find you the lowest price AND safest delivery. Some of the freight carriers we use: FedEx Freight, USF Holland, Pitt Ohio, Forward Air, Roadway Express, Old Dominion, Overnight express, Watkins, and Dayton Freight. Engines can be picked up at a local shipping terminal or dropped off at your location* (*certain restrictions apply). Engines are packed in specially designed crates made for that engine.
All oil & lubricating fluid are drained before they are sent out (this is required by our freight carriers). All engines & parts are packed by our shipping department. Engines are then inspected by our shipping manger before they are loaded onto a freight carrier.
Returns For items received as described, a refund of the final invoice price (minus shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee) will be issued. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds will not be issued for damaged merchandise. All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery to you. No refunds for electronic parts if box is opened. If parts arrive damaged in shipment, it is the customers responsibility to notify the carrier immediately and reject the damaged package. Contact Michigan Motorz of the potential damage. A claim will be filed and we will send out the identical part. If parts are damaged in shipment and the customer does not notice damage, please call Michigan Motorz LLC.
