- IF YOU HAVE A V-DRIVE OR INBOARD ENGINE SET-UP AND IT IS NOT SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSED IN THE DESCRIPTION, PLEASE CALL FOR POSSIBLE APPLICATION OF AN EXISTING KIT. MOST KITS ARE ABLE TO BE ADAPTED TO WORK IN UNIQUE APPLICATIONS.
- ALL MERCRUISER FULL FRESH WATER SYSTEMS INSTALLED ON ENGINES ARE EQUIPPED WITH 3” EXHAUST EXTENTIONS BETWEEN THE EXHAUST MANIFOLDS AND HIGH-RISE ELBOWS. THESE KITS REQUIRE ADDITIONAL HARDWARE WHEN ORDERING. PLEASE SPECIFY WHEN ORDERING. IF 6” EXTENTIONS, THE RISERS WILL NEED TO BE DRILLED AND TAPPED OR USE BLOCK ONLY COOLER, NOT A FULL “BLOCK & MANIFOLD” SYSTEM.
- SAN-JUAN KITS ARE DESIGNED TO FIT ON THE ORIGINAL FACTORY EQUIPPED ENGINE. ANY AFTERMARKET CHANGES, ALTERATIONS AND/OR MODIFICATIONS ON THE ENGINE MAY RESULT IN THE HEAT EXCHANGER AND/OR PARTS REQUIRING SOME ADAPTION TO COMPLETE INSTALLATION.
- DUE TO THE AGE OF SOME ENGINE CONFIGURATIONS, SAN-JUAN ENGINEERING CAN ONLY OFFER LIMITED ASSISTANCE ON INSTALLATIONS.
-ALL KITS MUST BE ORDERED OVER THE PHONE TO ASSURE COMPATABILITY. DUE TO THE COMPLEXITY OF EACH KIT, ANY RETURN WILL BE CHARGED A 35% RESTOCKING FEE-NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE, CHECK COMPATABILITY WITH YOUR ENGINE BEFORE ORDERING!
